He offered practical solutions and was keen to help resurrect a project that had half started and then been abandoned by another company. How we helped
For Channel Ship Services, this project was especially important to us as they wereour very first client. We initially started by helping them integrate AI assistants intotheir existing website, improving how enquiries were handled and making information easier to access. That early work helped us properly understand their business andhow critical clarity and speed are in their industry.
As the relationship developed, it became clear that the website itself could be doingmuch more for them. We realised we could affordably deliver a far stronger site thanthe one they already had, without losing the practical, straight-talking feel that suitedChannel Ship Services. After some open conversations, we decided together thatrebuilding the site made the most sense.
From there, it turned into a genuinely collaborative process. We merged theiroperational experience and local maritime knowledge with our design anduser-experience approach, shaping a site that feels professional, clear, and true tohow they work. The final result reflects both visions coming together and sets astrong foundation for their digital presence going forward.
